At Fre’jor, every piece is crafted with care. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or defective, our team will gladly assist with an exchange.
How to request an exchange for a damaged or defective item:

Return shipment within 7 days of authorization
Once authorized, ship the item to us within 7 days. Place a note with your order number inside the package. -
